Welcome Account is a multilingual current account designed to support international employees and new immigrants arriving in France. The primary goal is to provide a seamless banking experience coupled with an AI assistant to help users navigate their new life in France.

Problem Statement
New immigrants to France face numerous challenges, including creating a bank account, understanding immigration processes, and overcoming language barriers. Our objective was to address these issues by developing an accessible banking application with integrated AI support.

Solution
We launched a user-friendly banking application featuring:
Easy authentication using basic immigration documents.
AI chat capability to assist with various queries about starting life in France, including banking, housing, taxes, and immigration processes.
Multilingual support for non-French speakers.
Seamless salary deposits for newly arrived foreign employees.

Design Process
Empathize: Conducted user interviews and surveys with new immigrants to understand their pain points and needs.
Define: Mapped out key challenges such as difficulties in authentication, language barriers, and the complexity of immigration processes
Ideate: Brainstormed solutions that could simplify the process of settling in France, including AI integration and multilingual support.
Prototype: Developed wireframes and prototypes of the banking application and AI assistant interface.
Test: Conducted usability testing with target users to refine the application and ensure it met their needs.

Pain Points Identified
Authentication Challenges: Difficulty in authenticating with basic immigration documents.
Process Confusion: Confusion in starting immigration processes such as creating a bank account, renting a house, paying taxes, and extending residence.
Language Barrier: Not knowing French made it difficult for users to navigate various processes and services.
Salary Deposits: Complications in depositing the salaries of newly arrived foreign employees in France.
